Our warranty spans for a period of one month from the date of the invoice on every mobile screen repaired or replaced by us. Additionally, we offer a one-month warranty on all other spare parts replaced during the repair process.

It's important to note that our warranty and refund policy are specifically tied to the parts and/or services paid for. In cases where only parts were purchased, our warranty and refund coverage extend solely to the replacement of those parts. However, if both parts and repair services were acquired, our guarantee expands to cover the labor cost of part replacement and any additional repairs specifically arising from the initial repair.

Please be aware that slot charges are only applicable upon order completion, and refunds are exclusive to service prices. Furthermore, it's crucial to emphasize that our refund policy pertains solely to screen replacements and not to any other spare parts replaced by our technicians.

Kindly note that refunds are not applicable to spare parts other than the screen. For a detailed breakdown of your order and further information regarding our warranty and refund policies, we encourage you to refer to the order confirmation email you received upon service completion.
